Located in Portland’s Pearl District – great location with free parking included. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to work at our self-storage facility located in a charming century-old brick building in one of Portland’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Our team is actively engaged in the local business community and interacts with a wide variety of customers and tenants. Schedule 36 hours per week Thursday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation & Benefits $22.00 per hour Opportunity for higher pay based on experience and performance FREE parking Commission opportunities Performance bonus Paid holidays and sick time Two weeks paid vacation after the first year Health benefits Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs Maintain facility cleanliness and appearance Handle janitorial duties and upkeep Assist with basic office and customer service tasks Support day-to-day operations of the facility Requirements Strong maintenance and janitorial skills Basic office and customer service experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver’s license Good employment references Ability to pass a background check Property management experience is a plus If you are dependable, hands-on, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
