Position Type: Part Time Pay Re: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wh You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and/or approprie emergency response activities a commercial real este locion. Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and reporting security-reled concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random prols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locions to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance, access control, or property-reled issues. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and help to enforce site rules regarding authorized access, deliveries, and visitor activity. Maintain readiness to serve in an armed post in accordance with site requirements, Allied Universal policies, and applicable laws, using sound judgment during routine duties and/or emergency situions. Minimum Requirements: An armed guard card or license is required. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
