Pay Re: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Thur07:00 AM - 03:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designed site and weekly shift th serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling plform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candides seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities a commercial real este locion. Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and escaling concerns through approprie channels. Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locions to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-reled issues. Monitor access points and visible activity on the property, verify authorized entry when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violions. Support Allied Universal and property management expections by maintaining a professional presence, following post orders, and completing required reports, logs, and/or communicion updes. Minimum Requirements: An armed guard card and/or license is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
