Summary: This role involves programming, machine setup, blueprint interpretation, tool adjustments, and quality inspection of machined aerospace parts. Highlights: 1. Edits programming and sets up various machines, including 3 and 4 axis. 2. Interprets aerospace blueprints and machines parts to specifications. 3. Performs first article inspection and uses diverse measurement tools. Edits programming as necessary. Sets up different type of machines, such as 3 axis with Fadal control or 4 axis with Fanuc control. Reads and interprets aerospace blueprints to machine parts to specifications. Adjusts tool and work off sets, as necessary. Inspects the first article part. Uses different types of measurement tools such as calipers, indicators, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
