Candidates must have a B.S. in construction management (and/or architectural design) and a minimum of three years of experience in the commercial construction industry. If candidate does not have a degree, equivalent construction experience is necessary. We are seeking someone who works easily on teams and is a detailed oriented, self-starter. Must be familiar with estimating, plan reading, plan take-off, implementing, job costing and coordinating of projects. Candidates must be highly competent in the use of computers and have experience with Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel and Word. PROCORE training a plus.
