




Summary: This role involves overseeing and coordinating construction activities, managing procurement, enforcing safety, implementing quality control, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Has a reliable vehicle and good driving record with a valid driver’s license. 6. Works well with clients, coworkers, and subcontractors; maintains a professional attitude. 7. Familiar with using common construction tools and equipment safety. 8. Knowledgeable in MS Office, Document editors, and Quantity surveying software is a plus. 9. Great communicator and proficient in e-mail correspondence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, project specifications, and safety standards; monitor performance, productivity, and adherence to schedule milestones. 2. Plan, sequence, and execute construction activities in accordance with the approved project schedule, ensuring timely completion of work packages and minimizing delays through proactive coordination. 3. Manage material takeoffs, requisitions, and procurement processes; coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, proper storage, and compliance with project specifications. 4. Enforce site-specific safety programs in accordance with OSHA regulations and company policies. 5. Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure all work conforms to drawings, specifications, and applicable codes; perform inspections, document deficiencies, and coordinate corrective actions with subcontractors. 6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, MEPF, owner’s representatives, and specialty consultants) to review and integrate design documents; identify clashes and constructability issues through drawing reviews and coordination meetings; ensure alignment with project requirements, codes, and site conditions while supporting timely issuance of coordinated IFC drawings. 7. Develop and update short-term lookahead schedules; coordinate labor, equipment, and material resources to align with the overall project timeline and critical path activities. 8. Perform and supervise fieldwork including framing, carpentry, painting, and installation tasks, ensuring workmanship meets industry standards and project requirements. 9. Continuously evaluate and implement new construction techniques, installation methods, and materials to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. 10. Prepare, compile, and submit permit applications to city and local authorities, including required drawings, calculations, and supporting documents; coordinate with design teams and agencies to address plan check comments, track permit status, and ensure timely issuance of approvals to maintain project schedule. 11. Interface with city inspectors and regulatory agencies to facilitate inspections, ensure code compliance, and secure necessary approvals for project progression.
