We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Cherry Picker Operators to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and process pick ticket orders Pull products from shelves and inspect for any damage before processing Load and unload shipments, packing items onto racking systems efficiently and accurately Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation Maintain all order accuracy while ensuring a clean and organized work environment Assemble and package item kits based on customer or company specifications Deliver products to appropriate personnel while keeping pathways clear Safely operate MHE (e.g. pack mule, cherry picker) Assist with labeling and packaging processes as needed Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) Follow all safety protocols in compliance with department policies, as well as federal and state regulations Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures while always maintaining professionalism Participates in cross-training opportunities to develop additional skills as the company continues to grow Assist in other warehouse departments as needed Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 1 year warehouse experience Minimum 1 year cherry picker experience Ability to utilize tablet and scanner systems for inventory and order processing Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices and department manuals Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Attendance at work and punctuality are an essential function of this position Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and work in hot or cold temperatures Shift Hours: 5:00am – 1:30pm, 2:00pm - 10:30pm Required Education: High School or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Job Location: On-site We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable laws.
