We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused team member with experience in technical support and customer service to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, troubleshooting mobile devices and wireless cellular service issues, and working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with wireless carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, or Verizon.
