Wh You Will Be Doing: Develop and implement quality standards, quality control systems and quality measures. Inspect and test merials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specificions are met. Develop and implement quality improvement parameters by finding stistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes. Develop stistical confidence by finding sample size and acceptable error and setting up confidence levels. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing da; and making recommendions. Develops sampling and experimental plans by applying tributes and variable sampling methods. Collabore with operions to develop and implement controls and improvements. Ensuring th workflows, processes, and products follow industry and safety regulions/standards. Excellent troubleshooting skills and to be able to ensure th processes and products consistently meet established quality standards. Investiges operional errors to find the cause and effect, making recommendions for corrective action. Required to work in a team environment with customers, co-workers, production supervisors, shipping and receiving, customer service, sales, and company management. Assist COD and sales in resolving customer quality complaints. Process all returned RGA's (Return Goods Authorizion) evaluing reason for return and decide and recommendion to the plant manager for resolution. Use accepted methods to inspect, sample and test merials for quality control and quality control tolerance. Monitor, Inspect, and test process functions, product, and merials daily all stages to ensure our products meet or exceed industry standards. Record and log all test da per production process and report weekly to the plant manager. Oversee all aspects of Quality Control including overall implemention of the quality program and supply support as needed to the key personnel who manage the processes. Daily reviews of key metrics to ensure budgeted goals are being met. Interpret informion and coordine any required changes or new directives with employees. Review daily production stistics and ensure implemention of measures for continuous improvement in safety, quality, efficiency, and preventive loss. Work with Supply chain (Purchasing) team on supplier quality reled issues. Daily inspections -- Look for any unsafe objects, check equipment, etc. Maintains safe operions by adhering to safety procedures and regulions. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills You Bring: Educion- Associe Degree or five years industry experience Bilingual: English/Spanish Minimum of three years of experience managing Quality Control/ Operional Standards in a manufacturing needed. Works directly with all departments in quality issues and in preventive and corrective actions. Actively pursue learning goals for added opportunities in growth and development in production and quality. Contribute to continued process improvement upding and writing new process procedures. Cree understanding of workflow, employee relions and processes through hands-on experience with production equipment and working with production supervisor. Aid production supervisors in training, motiving, and instructing employees engaged in process improvement, documenting, and recording activities.
