Collaboration & Communication Serve as the primary liaison between project scheduling teams, senior management, and the Program & Project Controls department. Lead schedule-related discussions in weekly progress meetings and other stakeholder sessions. Conduct site visits to validate contractor progress and prepare status reports for upper management. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Maintain program-level coding standards and data integrity. Perform regular QA/QC reviews of program schedules and master schedules. Prepare schedule performance reports and status updates on a bi-monthly basis. Requirements What You Bring Experience & Skills: 8+ years of full-time professional experience in construction scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor (public works or educational facility projects preferred). Proficiency in Primavera P6 (latest version) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of cost engineering, scheduling best practices, and schedule forensics. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to foster collaboration across diverse project teams. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. OR Bachelor’s degree in another discipline plus 2 additional years of qualifying construction scheduling experience.
