Main Duties: Sales: Strive to achieves event sales goals, and sales per hour target. Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of your product knowledge. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within the parameters of the company guidelines. Customer Service:Lead by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated RV Service Technician to join our service team and ensure our customers' RVs are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. Hourly pay relative to level of work experience; available weekly production bonuses, add an additional 20% to total weeks pay. Dealership Location: 3045 North Service Road, Moore, OK 73160 Responsibilities: Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on a variety of recreational vehicles. The primary duties will include: Performing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure RVs meet quality and safety standards before delivery to customers. Documenting all work performed, including parts used and labor time, in the dealership's service management system. Communicating with service advisors and customers to provide detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance work. Keeping up-to-date with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and technical bulletins. Maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition. Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
