Opportunity summary: The Production Worker's Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions are responsible for all phases of assembling merial for customer orders, receiving new and returned product, and maintaining safety and quality. Hours: Mon - Fri, 7am – 3:30pm (overtime and weekends as needed) Pay Re: $19.50/hr Locion: Brookpark, OH 44135 How you will impact Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions: Opere equipment and machinery. Perform all jobs within the crew, e.g., operor, feeder, stacker. Remove and position printing ples and/or cutting dyes. Set up slot heads as well as tachments, e.g., pull bands and dye boards. Train crew members as to duties assigned to them. Input da into computer for job cost performance Trouble shoot machines; knowledge of how to fix problems. Contact maintenance technician when necessary. Follow processes and procedures for all machinery. Perform weekly preventive maintenance. Other duties as assigned. Wh You Need to Succeed: High school diploma or equivalent One or more years’ experience as warehouse clerk preferred. Fluency in English required, verbal and written. Basic computer literacy preferred but not required. Physical Requirements: Perform job duties in severe weher conditions: he, cold, rain, etc. Walk for distances of 100 yards repeedly and without assistance. Lift 50 pounds and without assistance or equipment Utilize all merial handling equipment without assistance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time as a primary job responsibility.
