We are currently seeking Entry-Level Assemblers to join a well-established and respected manufacturing company in the Solon area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an industry leader that designs and manufactures high-quality fluid system products, assemblies, and services used across industries including research, instrumentation, oil and gas, power, petrochemical, alternative fuels, and semiconductors. Available Shifts 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:15 PM Paying $15.15/hr. 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 1:15 AM Paying $16.67/hr. What We're Looking For *Reliable attendance and commitment to working your full shift *Flexibility to work overtime as needed *Strong work ethic and willingness to learn *Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills Key Responsibilities *Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of products under the guidance of experienced trainers *Learn and follow company safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and equipment maintenance requirements *Operate assembly equipment safely and efficiently *Identify abnormal parts and equipment issues as skills develop *Follow standard work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy *Understand material handling, part identification, and product orientation requirements *Complete daily documentation and maintain accurate records *Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors *Request assistance when needed and actively participate in training Qualifications *High school diploma or GED preferred *Ability to read and follow work instructions *Ability to recognize functional and cosmetic product defects *Comfortable using assembly equipment, SAP systems, and standard operating procedures *Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment *Must be able to pass a drug and background check
