DESCRIPTION: We are a monument company that helps families create meaningful, lasting memorials for their loved ones. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to build and grow a referral-based sales pipeline throughout Central Ohio. This is a true outbound, relationship-driven sales role. Inbound leads are not provided. The right person will proactively establish professional relationships with funeral homes, cemeteries, churches, retirement communities, and similar organizations via in person meetings, networking events, and social media, including LinkedIn, to generate referrals and close sales WHAT YOU'LL DO: Proactively meet and establish long-term relationships with potential referral partners | Educate partners on our services and referral process | Follow up with referred families and close deals | Hand off closed sales to our internal team for fulfillment Once a sale is closed, all customer service, account management, and fulfillment are handled internally and not your responsibility, so this truly is a sales-only position.
