PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES •    Lead the activities of team members of production of quality parts in accordance with work instructions and company policy to ensure a quality product delivered on time. •    Responsible for maintaining safety standards as required by law and company policy. •    Coach and provide technical expertise to resolve issues and cree and ensure corrective action(s) are implemented. •    Ensure the approprie level of accountability for goals and objectives the team member levels. •    Monitor and take approprie timely improvement action to meet production quality and quantity. •    Utilize problem solving techniques, teamwork building stregies, process control, and continuous process improvement tools to meet or exceed the opering goals/metrics. •    Facilite team member workflow management, workforce scheduling and team member placement to ensure the facility and company goals are successfully met or exceeded. •    Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices.   SAFETY •    Responsible for the completion of Accident Investigion forms in areas of responsibility  •    Responsible for implemention of safety countermeasures and doing root cause analysis to determine approprie safety changes th are needed to improve plant safety. •    Responsible to adhere to all site safety policies and procedures •    Coach and model safe behaviors, respect for environment and 6S behaviors. •    Champion safety practices the site. QUALIFICATIONS Educion:  High School Diploma or General Educion Degree (GED) Experience: Manufacturing experience required. Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  LANGUAGE SKILLS - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, opering and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, Oracle reports and Internal Method Sheets (IMS). Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form. Excellent team skills and ability to interact with other employees, engineers and leadership. Ability to report progress and work with engineers to solve issues.  MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. REASONING ABILITY - Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situions. COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office and Manufacturing software WORKING ENVIRONMENT Working Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually modere.  Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work boots.
