We are seeking ambitious, high-potential early-career professionals eager to build technical expertise, sharpen leadership skills, and accelere their growth in operions. This rigorous, structured two-year program is designed to prepare participants for future leadership roles within our operions organizions. Through hands-on experience, dediced mentorship, and high-visibility opportunities, you will develop the skills and broad perspective needed to drive operional excellence and contribute to CPP’s business success. Participants in this role will begin the LDP either our Eastlake, OH or Euclid, OH facilities. Key Program Highlights Rotional Structure Complete three distinct assignments over two years to gain broad expertise across critical operions functions: Process Control Engineering Production Planning Production Supervision Mentorship and Support Paired with a dediced mentor providing ongoing guidance, feedback, and career development support Leadership Exposure Regularly present progress, insights, and results to division leadership. Cross-Site Collaborion Engage in structured benchmarking and collaborion across multiple CPP locions to share best practices, foster innovion, and drive continuous improvement. Qualificions & Requirements: Educion & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other reled field preferred Early career professionals motived to pursue operions leadership Strong interest in manufacturing, process engineering, production, or reled technical/operional fields Willingness to reloce, as needed, for rotions and embrace cross-functional, cross-site experiences. Demonstred potential for leadership, problem-solving, and driving results Other Requirements Travel & Geographic Flexibility – This role may work multiple CPP locions to complete different rotions Availability – Must be available for entire length of program (2 years) Post-Program Opportunities Successful gradues are strongly positioned to interview for leadership roles across the organizion.
