Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff. Requirements High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is a plus. At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in convenience or grocery stores. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion. Able to operate store equipment safely, including registers and safety devices.
