Responsibilities: • Conduct in-home consultations and provide customer estimates • Present solutions and close sales opportunities • Assist customers through contract and financing processes • Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads • Partner with project teams to ensure a strong customer experience What We're Looking For: • 3+ years of in-home sales, remodeling sales, or related experience preferred • Kitchen, bath, cabinetry, or home improvement experience is a plus • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable using CRM systems and standard computer tools • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Chardon and Northeast Ohio market, including Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga, and Trumbull counties Compensation & Benefits: • Uncapped commission structure • Realistic first-year earning potential of $100,000+ • Paid training program with earning opportunity during onboarding • Health, dental, and vision benefits • PTO, paid holidays, and retirement plan options • Mileage reimbursement and technology support provided Schedule: Monday–Friday with some evening and occasional Saturday appointments Apply Now
