Summary: Doc's Restorations seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and document all aspects of residential remodeling projects, including planning, material ordering, and labor scheduling. Highlights: 1. Oversee all project aspects, including planning and documentation 2. Manage material ordering and labor scheduling 3. Doc's Restorations, an established residential remodeling company, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to site visits, planning, overseeing and documenting all aspects of each project, ordering of materials based on estimate/bill of materials and scheduling labor. Must have experience with the permitting process, and reading plans while making sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. Must have excellent leadership, time management, communication and analytical skills. Must possess a Valid Florida Driver's License with a good driving record.
