The company's main customer is IKEA. Today we are looking for a Machine Operator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery Set up manufacturing equipment Use machine equipment to complete tasks Evaluate the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs and improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer standards Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting or in a similar role.
