We are looking for a Solution Architect Senior to help design and solution digital products for support of Uptime Services. You will have a tight dialogue with stakeholders, teammates, and management in different business areas, and with their inputs make recommendations based on application design, best practices, performance criteria, security and cost management. This role will collaborate and work with other global teams and external parties with a One Community mindset. This role acts as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team. In this role you will translate customer requirements and high-level architecture into detailed designs and help establish and enforce consistent use of development standards, design models, and code reuse. You will work with Product Owners and Digital Product Managers to break down tasks and provide estimates and work with Enterprise Architect to develop clear program specifications for developers and testers. This role will help assure application runtime environments stay current on supported software, develop mitigation plans to assure steady state of customer business systems and help assure system and technical solutions are made part of the long-term strategic development plan. You will also help ensure secure design of AWS environments and working with developers to promote Agile and DevOps practice.  Requirements The position requires strong communication skills and time management. Responsible for designing solutions for digital products taking into account best practices, technologies, performance, stability, scalability, and security • 5+ years of systems/software design experience. • 5+ years programming experience with C#, .Net, .Net Core, and Python. • 3+ years SQL programming experience. • 3+ years delivering solutions as a member of an Agile team. • Knowledge of AWS, DevOps, Serverless Streaming technologies (Dockers, Kinesis, Lambdas, Event, Bridge, etc) • Experience with XML, JSON, Windows services, IIS, Oracle database, Linux, Postgres, DynamoDB • Knowledge of TypeScript, cloud formation template, AWS CDK • Knowledge of networks and AWS infrastructure • Knowledge of performance optimization • Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple clients, and provide consultative skills throughout the process. • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization. • Telematics experience a plus.
