We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support client outreach and early-stage conversations related to production and post-production projects. This is a sales-focused, operational role working closely with leadership to initiate conversations, manage follow-ups, and keep opportunities moving toward kickoff. This is a part-time, contract role intended to be ongoing based on fit and project needs. The work is hybrid, with some in-person meetings in New York City. Responsibilities include outreach support, follow-ups, tracking conversations, assisting with proposals and pricing coordination, and internal coordination around scope and timing. Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, comfortable with outreach and written communication, and interested in production environments without needing to be the creative.
