Our studio creates original music and audio for advertising, branded content, and visual storytelling — and we’re looking for someone who understands that outreach isn’t “sales,” it’s connection. We’re hiring a Creative Outreach Coordinator to help identify opportunities, support early creative conversations, and build relationships with agencies, production companies, editors, and post houses. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Research agencies, production companies, editors, and creatives • Track projects, trends, and opportunities in the industry • Build and organize outreach lists and communication pipelines • Send thoughtful, personalized outreach (not mass emails) • Share reels and work samples with context • Support early-phase creative development and light coordination WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED • Interest or experience in production, advertising, music, post-production, or media • Strong communication and organizational skills • Curiosity, cultural awareness, and proactive follow-through • Understanding of how agencies, directors, editors, and producers collaborate • A mindset of creative strategy, not sales WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT • Not cold-calling • Not aggressive outreach • Not corporate sales • Not a producer role DETAILS • Part-time / freelance • Flexible schedule • $20–$30/hr depending on experience • Great for early-career creatives who want to learn the industry • Work directly with the studio’s founder HOW TO APPLY Send a brief note about your background and why you’re interested.
