We are currently seeking a AI Junior / Intermedie Developer - HYBRID to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United Stes (US). Role Summary Lead hands-on technical onboarding and proof-of-concept integrion of emerging AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Factory AI) where no prior commercial agreements exist. Work on an iterive, pipeline-based cadence with priorities set by readiness, approvals, and business need. Key Responsibilities Drive technical onboarding of new AI developer tools lacking existing commercial agreements. Build proof-of-concept implementions and assess integrion readiness against Morgan Stanley's developer plform. Partner with security, risk, and plform teams to evalue controls and integrion constraints. Document onboarding steps, integrion pterns, and operional considerions for each tool. Collabore with internal stakeholders on requirements, success criteria, and enablement needs. Support iterive expansion – onboard additional tools as they are prioritized during the engagement. Minimum Skills: 2+ years hands-on experience building or integring with AI-assisted development tools. Proficient in least one modern language (Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, or Java) and comfortable building CLIs, plugins, or integrions. 2+ years experience standing up proof-of-concept environments (containers, cloud sandboxes, IDE extensions). 2+ years understanding of Git-centric workflows, CI/CD, and developer tooling ecosystems. 2+ years technical writing skills for integrion documention and runbooks. Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with LLM SDKs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and agentic frameworks. Prior integrion work with MCP servers, VS Code extensions, or JetBrains plugins. Familiarity with enterprise authenticion (SSO, OAuth) and secrets management. Financial services experience. Educion Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reled technical field (or equivalent professional experience) Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compension for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $104,904 - $218,550. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compension for the position across all US locions.
