Your responsibilities will include creating an amazing experience for our guests and act as a role model for our front desk team and therapists. First impressions are lasting and reflect the entire spa, therefore, we are seeking a HAPPY, ENTHUSIASTIC, ENGAGING individual who has a welcoming ATTITUDE. For this position a GOOD ATTITUDE is key. Your TOP priority besides GUEST EXPERIENCE is MEMBERSHIP SALES. Therefore, a sales background is preferable. Additional responsibilities include: • Staff schedules and operational management • Handle guests concerns with class and humility • Ensure your entire team follows protocols and policies • Create systems and processes to streamline spa functions MUST BE GOOD AT SELLING MEMBERSHIPS. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THIS POSITION.
