




I'm building a new productivity and CRM platform designed specifically for real estate agents to help them organize leads, deals, reminders, documents, and daily workflows in one simple place. The real estate world is filled with clunky, overbloated, expensive CRMs that agents hate using. I want to disrupt this space and build something affordable, intuitive and incredibly valuable. We're now entering our private beta phase and I’m looking for a partner (minority equity, around 10% with lots of upside + bonus opportunities) whose sole responsibility is to help bring agents into the beta, manage relationships, and once we launch — help grow agent adoption nationwide. You do not need to build product, handle tech, make content, do social media - none of that. This role is all about people: 1) Recruiting agents into the Founders Beta group. We have a private Facebook group so all testing/feedback will be in there. 2) Building relationships, answering questions in the group, gathering feedback 3) Helping guide early adoption once we go live Ideal person: a) Currently a real estate agent, broker, or deeply plugged into the real estate space b) Knows how agents think, work, and what frustrates them. Knows the current CRM and productivity landscape c) Can comfortably outreach, talk, and excite agents about a new tool d) Enjoys being part of something early-stage e) Has a long-term mindset (not a quick-income role — equity based) ... I’m looking for someone sharp, personable, and genuinely connected to the real estate world. Someone who wants to shape something real. There are over 1.5M real estate agents in the United States and I think we can grab a nice chunk of that market share with the right, simple tool and with good branding + marketing (which I am an expert at). Also ideally you're based in the tri-state area as I'm in NY, but this is not a hard requirement. All of this work will be remote based.
