The Ideal candide will have a background in ADC and be extremely organized. Must have Managerial Experience Competitive Compension & comprehensive benefits package.   DUTIES: Perform/direct all marketing/outreach activities reled to diversifying the registrant base in order to increase/maintain program census in accordance with CHC stregic plan. Plan, develop, organize, and implement all activities and services provided by the program. Ensure th established guidelines, regulions, and fiscal restraints are observed. Develop & maintain administrive plans and procedures. Coordine admission da with RN and Social Worker. Evalue for eligibility for acceptance into the program. Oversight of all staff, students & volunteers, including hiring, training, managing, evaluing, and termining. Ensures compliance with licensing regulions. Prepares and conducts informion, outreach, educion & advocacy programs reled to the services offered. Partake in community & professional meetings/seminars, including the ADC Council. Prepare monthly reports including census, summary of daily operions, etc. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in the healthcare field is a plus. Candides with an Adult Day Care background are preferred. Should have prior management experience. Strong leadership & interpersonal skills. Must be well organized and able to lead team development. Excellent oral/written communicion skills. Apply Now
