This is a high-responsibility role for a credit leader with experience in legal asset analysis, diligence management, and structuring complex legal receivable-backed loans. You’ll be responsible for owning the entire underwriting lifecycle, coordinating external advisors, and producing decision-ready investment materials for committee approval. The ideal candidate combines legal fluency with credit structuring experience and operational execution.
