Design, develop, and ship Solidity smart contracts (Rust or Move occasionally) About the Role As a Full-Stack dApp Engineer, you own features end-to-end: from smart contract design through indexing through the user-facing frontend. You'll work on engagements spanning DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and enterprise tokenization — always with senior teammates, always with audit-readiness as a baseline. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and ship Solidity smart contracts (and occasionally Rust or Move) - Build wallet-native React / Next.js frontends with wagmi, viem, and account abstraction - Implement subgraphs and data layers to back rich dApp UIs - Collaborate with auditors and incorporate findings before launch - Contribute to internal reusable libraries and tooling - Own features from spec through deployment and post-launch monitoring Requirements: - 4+ years of professional software engineering experience - 2+ years of hands-on Solidity / EVM work shipped to mainnet - Strong TypeScript, React, and modern frontend fundamentals - Deep familiarity with wagmi, viem, ethers, or web3.js - Experience with Foundry and Hardhat for testing and deployment - An audit-minded, test-first engineering discipline Nice to Have: - Experience with account abstraction (ERC-4337) or embedded wallets - Familiarity with zkRollups, zk-SNARKs, or Cairo - Prior work on L2 or rollup infrastructure - Contributions to open-source Web3 libraries Benefits: - Top-of-market full-time compensation for senior dApp engineers - Fully remote — work from anywhere - 25 days paid time off plus local public holidays - Annual home-office setup stipend - Annual learning & conference budget (Devcon, EthCC, and more) - Supplemental healthcare contribution
