develop and implement programs that promote\r\nperson centered, meaningful leisure skills, independence skill building and well-being for people served by People’s\r\nArc to enhance their quality of life.\r\n Advocates for the needs of people receiving services within People’s Arc, outside human services providers and the\r\nbroader community.\r\n Collaborates with community organizations, service providers, and stakeholders to enhance the network of support\r\navailable to people on their caseload and their families.\r\n Provides transportation for the person served to leisure activities, medical appointments and other transportation as\r\nneeded.\r\n Ensures the timely collection and high quality of Community Habilitation notes and other required documentation\r\nincluding the timely submission of vehicle safety requirements, mileage, etc.\r\n Maintains all trainings and certifications.\r\n Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, organizational policies, recreational resources and systems\r\n Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekend and evenings\r\n Must have use of their own vehicle and carry at least the minimum required car
