You’ll work closely with creative, sales, content, and registration teams to keep everything on time and on brand. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive registration, awareness, and engagement. Build and manage campaign calendars to ensure deliverables launch on time. Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to turn goals into clear tactics. Email Marketing Draft, build, and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot (or similar platforms). Maintain and segment lists, schedule sends, and ensure brand voice + accuracy. Coordinate email fulfillment tied to partner deliverables and sponsorships. Social Media & Community Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Write post copy, source imagery, and track engagement. Monitor comments/messages and respond or flag questions as needed. Paid & Digital Advertising Support paid media by providing creative assets, links, and copy to agencies/contractors. Coordinate ad messaging and targeting to match campaign goals. Monitor pacing and performance at a tactical level. Website & Landing Pages Update event websites with new content, images, and registration info. Coordinate landing pages, forms, and pricing updates with internal teams. QA pages for accuracy, functionality, and brand alignment. Content & Partnerships Coordinate deliverables for media partners and influencers (copy, imagery, tracking links). Help craft newsletters and partnership emails to grow audiences. Support creative requests, proof assets, and route approvals. Operational Support Maintain project files and assets across OneDrive, Smartsheet, and HubSpot. Coordinate timelines and approvals across internal teams and contractors. Support on-site and virtual marketing activations leading up to each show. Qualifications 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience (events/conferences/digital media preferred). Proven ability to execute campaigns end-to-end (email, social, web updates). Strong writing and editing skills; able to adjust tone for different audiences. Experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation tools. Familiarity with paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads). Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple deliverables across two brands. Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, sales, and operations teams. Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • Someone who can run Google Ads at a high level and produce leads consistently • Someone who knows how to increase public exposure — online and face-to-face • Someone confident representing the company at local events, networking groups, property management offices, real estate meetups, insurance contacts, community boards, etc. • Someone who can take the brand and push it into the public eye • Strong with SEO, Google Business Profile, LSAs, social content, short-form media, and reputation building • Able to speak well, present well, and sell the company when meeting people in person • Must show proof of past results or real marketing wins ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Build and manage all campaigns: PPC, SEO, social, retargeting • Boost visibility online AND build real-world relationships • Create partnerships with property managers, brokers, adjusters, contractors • Represent the company confidently and professionally in person • Increase brand trust, awareness, and inbound calls • Track KPIs and optimize daily WHO YOU NEED TO BE: • Confident, sharp, and good with people • Strong communicator, strong presence, strong execution • Someone who can make people remember the brand • Not scared to walk into offices, shake hands, and introduce the company • No excuses — just results PAY: • $90k–$130k base • Performance bonuses monthly • Fast-track to a CMO-style role TO APPLY: Send resume + proof of past marketing results.
