You will act as the "Operating System" for a multidisciplinary entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of active businesses. You will see the inside of Private Equity/M&A, Niche Manufacturing, and Web3/Avant-Garde Art. The Reality: The Founder is a visionary with ADHD who excels at product, strategy, and creative direction but needs a "finisher" to handle the logistics. The pace is fast, the context switches are frequent, and the work is messy. If you need a corporate manual and a slow pace, this isn't for you. The Portfolio (What you’ll be working on): Venture A (Finance): A funded social impact investment firm operating nationally with 9 portfolio companies to date, focused on small business M&A. Venture B (Manufacturing): An established design & fabrication company for high-end garden structures with a 50,000 sq ft factory and $1.5M in annual revenue. Venture C (The "Lab"): A pre-revenue art production house and "idea factory" exploring streetwear, blockchain, and digital culture. Responsibilities: Traffic Control: Manage the Founder’s bandwidth, keep projects on timeline, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across all three ventures. The "Unsexy" Essentials: Basic bookkeeping, expense categorization, compliance filing, and digital organization. Project Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure goods are shipped and deals move forward. Research & Sourcing: Find the right materials, the right software, or the right answers to obscure questions. Strategic Shadowing: Sit in on high-level strategy sessions, document the roadmap, and help execute the vision. Who You Are: The "Alfred" Persona: You find peace in order. You love lists, calendars, and "Inbox Zero." Gritty & Humble: You are willing to do data entry one hour and discuss 3-year strategic roadmaps the next. No task is "beneath" you if it moves the needle. An Aspiring Founder: You eventually want to run your own company, design studio, or brand. You are looking for mentorship and are willing to trade sweat equity to learn the "business side" of creativity. Discreet: You will handle sensitive financial and legal data with absolute confidentiality. Proficient: Comfortable with Google Suite, spreadsheets, and learning new tools quickly.
