We are hiring for immediate part time positions as we head into our busy season. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for the industry and a well developed sense of hospitality and empathy. Requirements for all positions: A minimum 2 years of experience as a server with a background in upscale casual-fine dining preferred Must have experience in fast-paced, high volume restaurants Enthusiastic, team players with a positive attitude and great communication skills Innate passion for food, beverage, and hospitality with attention to detail Professional demeanor and neat appearance Open availability a must (Lunch, Brunch, Dinner; Weekends and Weekdays) Qualifications: Bartenders and Servers - Must have a strong sense of urgency - Must have the ability to anticipate guest needs - Must be able to deal with all guests and teammates in a professional manner - Strong wine and spirits knowledge - Strong food knowledge with the ability to enticingly describe dishes - Bartenders must have vast spirit and cocktail knowledge, and work efficiently with jiggers - Bartenders must be willing and able to serve in addition to tending the bar as business requires
