Duties and Responsibilities Lead and support the implementation of multifamily and C&I custom and energy management (RCx, MBCx, etc.) energy efficiency projects. Conduct energy audits and assessments at multifamily and commercial and industrial facilities to identify, measure, and verify energy efficiency improvements across systems such as HVAC, lighting, compressed air, refrigeration, process heating, and motors. Serve as a technical liaison to utility clients, program administrators, contractors, and end customers to maximize program benefits and energy savings. Identify barriers to energy efficiency adoption and propose innovative solutions to overcome them. Maintain and enhance relationships with clients through professional, high-quality interactions and service delivery. Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring deliverables meet technical excellence and client requirements. Develop energy efficiency project scopes and perform technical analysis, including energy modeling and economic simulations, to quantify savings and impacts using spreadsheets and energy modeling software. Prepare high-quality technical reports summarizing findings, project economics (e.g., energy savings, cost savings, payback periods), and potential incentive opportunities.
