Responsibilities Lead Generation & Management: Utilize company resources (MailChimp, Podio, Internal software) to generate and close assigned leads. Property Negotiation: Negotiate, contract, and inspect both on-market and off-market investment opportunities. Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of prospects and act as the lead contact for buyers. Sales & Negotiation: Overcome price objections and sell the company's assets to buyers.
