Support daily operations and facility upkeep Schedule: Monday / Wednesday / Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Position Summary The Part-Time Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This role supports daily operations by ensuring equipment, supplies, and company vehicles are properly maintained and stored. Key Responsibilities Facility Maintenance • Clean and maintain the bathroom, kitchen, conference room, and map room (M/W/F). • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and second floor. • Take out trash and dispose of waste properly. • Map and maintain warehouse floor layout as directed. Equipment Care & Organization • Clean and maintain vacuums (inside and out), buffers, extensions, tubs, and related equipment. • Wash, fold, and store mops and towels. • Ensure all equipment is clean, organized, and stored in designated areas. • Refill liquids and supplies as needed. • Perform minor equipment repairs and report major issues. Inventory & Deliveries • Unpack bags and materials returned by technicians. • Put away and organize incoming deliveries. • Monitor warehouse supplies and notify management (Xavier) of missing or low inventory. Vehicle Maintenance • Clean company vans or coordinate taking them to the car wash as needed. Qualifications • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Basic mechanical skills preferred.
