Position Type: Full Time Pay Re: $20.34 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur06:30 AM - 06:30 PMFri06:30 AM - 06:30 PMS06:30 AM - 05:30 PM Wh You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities a government locion. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and communicing with site contacts and/or public emergency services when approprie. Conduct regular and random prols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-reled concerns. Maintain an armed presence in accordance with post orders, Allied Universal policies, and applicable laws and/or regulions while handling interactions in a professional manner. Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and sensitive locions, verify credentials when required, and report hazards, maintenance issues, and/or unusual activity to the approprie personnel. Minimum Requirements: Possess 1 or more years of armed security-reled, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Possess an armed guard card/license. Be least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
