Opportunity for ongoing safety and skills training We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction & Roofing Laborers to join our growing team. This position supports commercial construction and roofing projects by assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining a safe worksite, handling materials, and performing general labor duties. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Assist with roof installation, repair, and maintenance projects. - Load, unload, and transport construction and roofing materials. - Set up and tear down job sites, including ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment. - Remove old roofing materials and debris. - Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely. - Maintain a clean and organized worksite. - Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. - Perform other construction-related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Have your OSHA 10. - Previous construction or roofing experience preferred but not required. - Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly. - Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. - Reliable transportation to and from company yard. - Strong work ethic, attendance record, and willingness to learn. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Valid driver's license preferred. Physical Requirements - Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing. - Ability to work on rooftops and elevated surfaces. - Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials throughout the workday.
