Role Description This part-time, on-site Administrative Manager role is based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, Pahrump to be exact. The Administrative Manager will oversee daily tasks including organizing and maintaining administrative operations, coordinating smoothly with relevant teams, managing project timelines, and supporting warranty-related processes. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless community transitions for clients. Qualifications Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and organizational support Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and relationship management Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Basic understanding of financial processes and reporting Proficiency in using standard office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation tools) Adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail Familiarity with HOA operations or real estate development is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred Key responsibilities include: Recording and maintaining sales bookings and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Preparing and issuing customer invoices and monitoring accounts receivable Calculating and tracking sales commissions in accordance with approved plans Supporting routine accounting functions, including check runs and reporting Assisting with operational reporting and administrative coordination The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple functional areas.
