Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Specialist to support an Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) contract for the U.S. Air Force at Nellis AFB, NV. The ideal candidate will have experience in military operations, coordination, and execution of test activities. This role involves managing operational logistics, coordinating test events, and ensuring that all aspects of the operational testing process run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of operational test events for Air Force weapons systems. Coordinate the logistics and operational requirements for test activities, including personnel, equipment, and test resources. Facilitate communication and coordination between test teams, operational units, and stakeholders to ensure successful test execution. Monitor test event progress and provide status updates to project leads and management. Assist in the development and review of operational plans, schedules, and reports to ensure mission objectives are met. Manage and track test resources, including operational assets, transportation, and facilities. Ensure compliance with Air Force standards and protocols during operational test events. Assist in after-action reviews and ensure that operational data is captured for test reports. Travel as required to support test events and operational activities. Requirements Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in military operations or operational support roles, preferably within the U.S. Air Force or other defense environments. Operational Testing Familiarity: Experience in supporting operational test and evaluation (OT&E) activities is preferred. Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Desired Qualifications: Experience in Air Force operational environments or working directly with military units. Knowledge of Air Force weapons systems and OT&E processes. Bachelor’s degree in operations management, logistics, or a related field. Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic operational environments and troubleshoot emerging challenges. Travel: This position requires occasional travel to support test events and mission-related activities. Operational Test & Evaluation Analyst Spectrum is seeking highly qualified Test Analyst to support our customer at Creech AFB, NV. In this role you will advise and assist the customer with operational test planning, execution, data analysis and reporting. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a metrics plan for test execution. Develop and maintain a data management plan for tests. Provide analytical and technical support to collect and analyze OT&E data, components, test planning, and test reporting. Support will include development of objectives, test matrices, measures of performance, measures of effectiveness, effectiveness criteria, data collection sheets, run cards, and surveys and design of experiment. Prepare test scenarios and models, data collection and processing procedures, operating procedures, flight cards, and operating checklists. Develop and provide finalized analysis for test reporting. Requirements Experience: At least 5 years prior test experience, preferably Operational Test RPA experience preferred Education: Technical Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Specialist to support an Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) contract for the U.S. Air Force at Nellis AFB, NV. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination within the defense or aerospace sectors and familiarity with Air Force testing environments. The Project Specialist will assist in ensuring that test activities are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed according to program objectives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support project management activities related to operational testing for Air Force weapons systems. Assist in scheduling, tracking, and documenting test events, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals. Facilitate communication between engineering teams, test directors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth test operations. Support the development and organization of project documentation, including test plans, schedules, and reports. Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies. Provide administrative support for meetings, briefings, and test events, including preparing agendas and tracking action items. Ensure compliance with project requirements and Air Force OT&E standards. Travel as necessary to support test events and related meetings. Requirements Required Qualifications: Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or management in a defense or aerospace environment.
