We work on commercial projects throughout Northern Nevada and Central California and take pride in running organized jobs and building long-term careers. We’re looking for a Project Engineer who wants to learn the business, be involved in real projects, and grow into a Project Management role. Why This Role Is a Great Fit • Hands-on exposure to all phases of construction • Direct support and mentoring from experienced Project Managers and field leaders • Office + jobsite experience (not stuck behind a desk) • Clear path for advancement as you gain experience What You’ll Be Doing • Review construction drawings and specifications • Help identify missing information and scope questions • Assist with pricing from vendors and suppliers • Prepare and track submittals and material approvals • Help order materials and keep jobsites ready • Coordinate with scheduling and field crews • Attend pre-construction meetings and job kickoffs • Support field crews with drawings, specs, and materials • Help with punch lists, close-out documents, and billing • Participate in jobsite safety efforts and weekly safety meetings What We’re Looking For • Some construction, engineering, or project coordination experience (school or field) • Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized • Clear communication skills • Basic working knowledge of: • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Adobe Acrobat (Bluebeam a plus) • Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and team mindset What We Offer • Full-time, permanent position • Competitive pay based on experience • Medical insurance • Paid vacation • 401(k) retirement plan with strong company match • Long-term growth with a respected commercial subcontractor Location Minden, NV (near Highway 395 & Johnson Lane) How to Apply Reply to this post with your resume and references (no current employers, please).
