Ability to positively impact the lives of families and their children Apply Now Overview: Proud Moments ABA is a nional behavioral health organizion, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for individuals to join our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program to support both our Center and Home based learners. Our RBT's are an essential part of the trement team- providing 1-1 specialized trement in partnership with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients. High school diploma or GED required Prior experience working with children preferred Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided Reliable personal transportion with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locions Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizional informion in accordance with HIPAA and company policies Demonstred ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Clear verbal and written communicion skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document informion accurely Strong problem-solving skills and tention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities #BT3 Apply Now
