Our structures team works on exciting and collaborative projects across the Midwest and Rocky Mountain region. We are seeking a mid-level engineer who not only excels in technical design but also enjoys contributing to team leadership, client engagement, and cross-disciplinary coordination to improve local communities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Technical Design and Analysis: Complete analysis and design of various transportation structures including bridges, retaining walls and box culverts. Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents. Take ownership for projects and lead the preparation of plans, reports and specifications for projects. Experience with CDOT, NDOT, SDDOT, or IADOT formats preferred.
