Branch Warehouse Supervisor $51,000 M-F, Day Shift + Benefits (Nashville)

JOB DESCRIPTION The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Branch Management Team in leading the branch team and oversee the serving of the customer, and warehouse operations. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A team player who can make every day a great day for the employees and the customers. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Ability to operate a delivery pickup truck and backup with a 20' trailer attached Ability to effectively communicate with customers by phone and in person Basic understanding of warehouse operations, and safety rules Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb Must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds throughout a workday Willingness to operate a forklift and pallet jack after training Ability to manage multiple functions at one time Valid Driver's License and good driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Handle petty cash as needed EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Two years in a warehouse environment preferred Supervisory experience preferred High school diploma or GED equivalent Must possess a valid driver’s license.
