Ensure high-quality customer service for premier clients Universal Staffing is seeking an experienced Full time Mechanical Engineer for a new client in the lighting and HVAC industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage installation projects from start to finish Oversee field operations and coordinate with teams Ensure high-quality customer service for premier clients Interpret and work from blueprints Lead project management efforts both in-office and on-site Qualifications: Degree in Engineering required Strong blueprint reading and comprehension skills Proven project management experience Background in the lighting and/or HVAC industry preferred Experience managing installations and field teams Reliable, professional, and customer-focused Demonstrated stable work history (no frequent job changes) Work Schedule: Full-time position (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Approximately 40% in-office, 60% field-based Compensation DOE base salary : $90K How to Apply: Only apply if meet ALL Qualifications: Please send your resume to Carolyn Sames at Carolyn@universalstaffing.com or call 831-333-2150 to schedule an interview.
