Primary Duties & Responsibilities - Prepare estimates as laid out by technician, calculate material markup and labor hours - Purchase equipment and materials for scheduled projects and common stock - Create purchase orders and update online inventory system - Develop and maintain vendor relationships - Stage materials and equipment in designated area for technician’s daily work queue - Assist dispatch with incoming customer calls, schedule technicians as needed - Oversight of technicians and job planning Education & Job Requirements - 10+ Years work experience in HVAC trade - Detail oriented, basic writing and math skills - Comfortable learning new application (field management) software - Valid driver's license and insurable driving record - Punctuality and strong work ethic
