This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to keeping our landfill running safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do Operate heavy equipment including trackhoes, dozers, compactors, off‑road dump trucks, and tractors Serve as a spotter to ensure safe movement of vehicles and personnel Maintain a clean and organized work area Pull, spread, and compact trash Haul and place dirt as needed Work outdoors in all weather conditions What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience operating dozers and trackhoes Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work in all weather Team‑oriented with a positive, professional attitude Why Join Waste Connections?
