Summary: Performs daily property maintenance, repairs, and improvements, ensuring cleanliness and positive resident interactions. Highlights: 1. Performs daily property repairs and improvements 2. Maintains cleanliness of facilities and grounds 3. Engages in supplemental landscape maintenance **Please include resume when sending a reply** MUST have knowledge and experience in the following areas: Electrical - Carpentry - Dry walling - Painting - Plumbing. Basic Functions: A. Reports to On Site Manager. B. Maintains a positive attitude with on-site management and office personnel, other service technicians and residents of the property. Participates fully in staff meetings and designated company training programs. C . Performs necessary daily repairs/improvements to property as instructed by management on a daily basis. D. Maintains cleanliness of maintenance room and all other amenity and common area facilities assuring general cleanliness of grounds, laundry rooms, walkways, streets, driveways, parking lots, entrances, foyers, breezeways, recreational areas, etc. May perform exterior building light checks and assist with repairs replacement of same. E. Performs supplemental landscape maintenance and irrigation system repair and/or supplemental watering of lawn and landscape areas so that landscape areas are tidy, trimmed and properly watered. May be required, in the absence of separate yard crew or outside landscape maintenance contractor, to perform extensive in-house landscape and gardening duties such as mowing, edging, trimming, sweeping, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, planting, etc. as needed. F. Incorporates both safety and customer service in the performance of all job duties. G. Performs other reasonable duties as assigned. H. Removes, relocates and/or installs furniture and other household items in designated apartments or buildings designated by supervisor. I.
