Work in a fun, positive environment with opportunities for growth Job Description Landforms is currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee assigned crews, ensure proper execution of all tasks within the allotted time, conduct site inspections, ensure that all machinery and equipment is field maintained, serve as the first line of customer contact on job sites, and ensure quality customer service. Crew Leaders are required to perform services such as lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, trimming, leaf clean-ups, and similar tasks. Our Landscape Technicians work under a crew leader in a crew of up to 4 people Crew leaders are to operate equipment, keep our properties looking crisp, maintain safety standards and as the decision-maker on the job site, you will be responsible for doing what is necessary to get the job done. Job Requirements 5 years prior landscape maintenance experience with 3 years as a crew leader Chauffeur's or commercial drivers license Work year round in an outdoor environment Ability to operate vehicles and lawn maintenance equipment Able to operate a smartphone, send and receive emails and take digital photos Landforms Advantages: $19.00-22.00per hour based on experience and skill.
