Job Description: Architectural & Structural Designer – 4-Bedroom Duplex We are looking for a skilled Architectural/Structural Designer to prepare a complete architectural and structural drawing package for a modern 4-bedroom duplex. Project Requirements - 4-bedroom duplex - 6 toilets/bathrooms - Spacious living and dining areas - Modern kitchen - Library - Gym house - Additional utility/service spaces - Detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections - Complete structural drawings, including foundation, columns, beams, slabs, and reinforcement details - Electrical and plumbing layouts where required - Professional dimensions, annotations, and specifications - Drawings should be prepared in AutoCAD/Revit or similar professional software - Final drawings should be delivered in editable and PDF formats Payment $2,000 USD upon completion of the agreed drawing package. Requirements Applicants should have experience in residential architectural and structural design and be able to produce accurate, professional, construction-ready drawings.
